Five years running marketing for entrepreneurs in Russia — from dental clinics outside Moscow to SaaS founders selling into the US and EU. Two patterns kept showing up that don't go away.
First: the most beautiful sites don't sell. A client comes in with an 80,000-ruble Tilda template that looks like a three-million-ruble brand and asks why nobody calls. When the serious LLMs arrived — GPT-4, Claude — one thing became clear. AI can do the executional marketer's job ten times faster. But only if you know what to ask for. Walk into ChatGPT with "write me a landing page" and you get bland corporate copy that convinces no one of anything.
I took three libraries of rules that have worked for seventy years. Ogilvy — for headlines and the 80/20 law. Schwartz — for the five awareness levels of the audience. Hopkins — for numbers instead of adjectives. I built 21 specialized AI agents. Each one doesn't just suggest copy. It follows specific rules. The copywriter doesn't write "highest quality" — it writes "92% returned within a year." The positioner doesn't hand you the abstraction "for everyone" — it narrows down to the specific segment where the product actually wins.
This isn't ChatGPT with a system prompt. It's thirty years of marketing discipline encoded into a tool. I'm not selling AI hype. I'm selling a system that works because I didn't invent it. I only assembled it for the marketing market where 80% of agencies and freelancers work on instinct.
