AI your business actually uses.

I'm Nataliya Brovkina. I put AI inside the work your team already does, in 30 days. Then they run it without me. I show the whole process publicly.

The Method

30 Days to AI-Native.

One method, three stages. I install AI inside how your team already works, then I leave and the team owns it.

Week 1
Map and set up.
We pick the workflows that cost the most hours. I set AI up with your context: your accounts, your clients, your tone. Nothing touches real work without your sign-off.
Weeks 2-3
Build and run.
Your team runs the live workflows. We refine what does not fit and add the next ones. By the end of week 3 the team uses AI without thinking about it.
Week 4
Handoff.
Training per role, a written runbook, admin access to your side. After that I am gone and your team runs and extends the system itself.

About

From corporate finance to installing AI for a living.

I spent years in corporate finance. Big4 first, then bigtech at VK. I built financial models, ran teams, signed off on numbers. I learned what makes a business actually run because I worked inside the machine.

Then I had three boys, all under school age. When your time stops being your own, you find out fast which systems hold and which were held together by you being available around the clock.

So I built my own. A system that runs my work and does the repeating parts for me. It worked. I started installing the same thing for small businesses, and that became what I do now.

I am not selling theory or a course. I install AI into how a team already works, and I show the whole process publicly as I go.
